A gap is not a fact. It means we looked and found no source.

• Himachal entry toll: the two-wheeler exemption rests on a newspaper report of the Chief Minister's statement (26 March 2026). The official Toll Policy 2026-27 document on hptax.gov.in failed to open (certificate error), so it is not confirmed for motorcycles registered in other states.
• No source says on which date motorcycles were first allowed over Kunzum La in 2023, 2025 or 2026; reports name only four-wheel-drive vehicles.
• Kunzum La 2021, 2022 and 2023 dates rest partly on one blog table; no newspaper or official page was found for the 2021 opening, 2021 closing or 2023 closing.
• The two district pages disagree on the minimum group size for foreign citizens (two in Kinnaur, four in Lahaul and Spiti); no dated order was found for either.
• Whether e-Aagman registration is enforced for motorcycles in 2026 was not confirmed.
• Spiti barrier fee: no official page found; amount left out.
• Manali green tax: amount for two-wheelers is reported by a newspaper only, so it is left out.
• Rohtang permit: the official pages list fees for cars, jeeps and buses only; whether two-wheelers need a permit or pay is not stated. That the Atal Tunnel route needs no permit comes from an operator guide.
• Videos: titles and channels were read from the video pages; filming dates and motorcycles are not confirmed unless the title states them.
